My Performance Goal By the end of 2022 I will respond to whole school data to ensure that the diverse learning needs of our students are effectively met. Evidence: Term 1 Met and discussed learning support needs of students across the school based on whole school data Identified students requiring reading intervention with RTP, MiniLit & MacqLit Observed kindergarten students, consulted with class teachers, reviewed allied health reports to identify students requiring adjustments and support with their learning Observed and monitored students across the grades, liaising with allied health, class teachers and parents Planned daily, weekly and then fortnightly with Kindergarten team to best meet the needs of the students Trained teachers new to the role of learning support in regards to the NCCD, writing modified programs, completing the PPSD, conducting parent meetings and liaising with class teachers, collecting evidence in the four domains Attended SCS online PL in regards to the NCCD Organised LSO meetings Met with teachers to complete 'Identification of New Students' doc Met weekly with Sarang Kim (School Counsellor) to discuss students wellbeing and learning needs Met fortnightly as a LS Team to discuss general business regarding supporting our students on the NCCD Met with parents & class teachers to review goals and adjustments and update students' PPSDs Liase with class teachers and parents to follow up with allied health reports; added allied health reports to students' PPSDs, uploaded reports to students' Compass page and uploaded reports to students' evidence of assessed needs folder Term 2 Screened Kindergarten students who performed low on Clinical Interview Term 1 - Clinical Interview Aspect 1 - used data to identify students across kindergarten who require daily support with LSO Observe and monitor students across the school Fortnightly planning with Kindergarten and Year 1 Attended SCS online PL in regards to the NCCD Met weekly with Sarang Kim (School Counsellor) to discuss students wellbeing and learning needs Met fortnightly as a LS Team to discuss general business regarding supporting our students on the NCCD Met with parents & class teachers during parent/teacher interviews to review goals and adjustments and update students' PPSDs Liase with class teachers and parents to follow up with allied health reports; added allied health reports to students' PPSDs, uploaded reports to students' Compass page and uploaded reports to students' evidence of assessed needs folder Undertook NCCD moderation by identifying students to be moderated, facilitated process with school moderation team and updated the PPSDs and NCCD data Term 3 Monitor and check NCCD Data My Learning Goal By the end of 2022 I will participate in professional reading and learning to gain further understanding about children diagnosed with ADHD.
