Training 6 days a week is awesome for 2 reasons: You want to train the majority of your body parts twice a week You simply love going to the gym and have more time to dedicate to bodybuildingas a hobby If you have to have another workout every weekday and another bodybuilding show then it's more than likely that you need to get the 5K workout in each and every week, bulking 6 pack!
