By the end of 2020 I will have written effective learning intentions and effective success criteria that make learning clear in the areas of Drama and Music. Evidence: Term 1 PPT- working with Dee to evaluate my success criteria- focusing on Year 2 Drama unit of work. By the end of 2020 I will have become familiar and confident with using the Creative Arts syllabus. Using the outcomes and indicators in the syllabus I will create a checklist to collect whole school data in the subject areas of Drama and Music. Evidence: Checklist for Music collecting whole school data which will assist me in administering grades.

MY EDUCATION GOAL: By the end of 2019 I will have engaged in professional development based on Hattie’s Visible Learning principles so that I can implement student learning dispositions to enhance assessment capable learning using the writing learning progressions. MY EXPOSURE GOAL: By the end of 2019 I will have collaborated professionally with my mentor and colleagues to increase capacity of myself and others to improve student learning. MY EXPERIENCE GOAL By the end of 2019 I will have participated in collaborative teaching enhancing my practice through co-teaching, observation, reflection and feedback.
