My Learning Goal: By the end of 2022, I will have engaged in professional development to extend my knowledge and understanding of autism and ADHD to support children with additional needs. This will be done by undertaking multiple courses, professional readings and meeting regularly with the diverse learning team. Term 3 Evidence 18/07, 25/07, 01/08, 08/08- Met with school counsellor Sarang and Diverse Learning educator Amy MacSporran to review students across the school. 19/09-20/09/22- PPSD parent meetings to review students learning goals and assist in the development of new goals for the 2023 school year. Term 4 Evidence 17/10/22- Met with school counsellor Sarang and Diverse Learning educator Amy MacSporran to review students across the school. 19/10/22- Undertook an Early Childhood Webinar based on neurodiversity in the early years with Sue Larkey. This webinar was very engaging and focused on these factors: - Identifying the signs of neurodiversity in the early years - Confidently and sensitively encouraging parents/guardians to seek a diagnosis -Engaging neurodiverse children in the classroom -Supporting play, social skills and group time activities -Providing additional support for families from a non english speaking background -Balancing and accomodating all children's needs in a busy, complex, early years setting. November 2022- Early Childhood Course Neurodiversity (Sue Larkey) 22/11/22- NCCD Bootcamp 22/11/22- Positive behaviour plan professional learning via zoom

My Learning Goal: By the end of 2020, I will have engaged in professional development to refine my pedagogical practice in Mathematics. This will be done by engaging in multiple opportunities for shared classroom practice in the form of focused lesson observations, peer-feedback loops and learning walks.
