Goal: develop teaching and communications when working with the students. look into completing cert 3 learning support officer. observation of teachers interactions with students, take notes of this. practice interactions and communications. learning key word sign to communicate with students. asking teachers for feedback on communications with students. (short clear commands)

Goal: Utilising key word signs in the classroom. Learning the Key word signs. Practise using them in the classroom. Ask and use feedback to modify my practise. (Asking classroom teacher, Julie- Early Years Teacher, Student) Encourage students to begin their work independantly. Remind students to utilise resources in the classroom to assist them with their work. Using positive reinforcement to encourage this behaviour. Use of prompt cards in writing. Collecting evidence of adjustments for the NCCD students I currently support. Photographic evidence in. the Multi-Lit intervention classes and annotate the evidence. Save it in the students folder in the Sacred Heart drive.

Goal Increase my knowledge and skills for the intervention programs that I run (Reading Tutor Program and Zones of Regulation Program). Strategies Attend Zones Basic Training online. Collaborate with LSO Teresa who also runs Zones Program. Continue to run the program and develop skills set. Ask Amy MacSporran to attend and watch a reading tutor lesson and provide feedback.

Year 5 Motivating stage three students to develop their reading fluency and comprehension - short structured lessons to maintain interest - use read to someone strategy to develop their comprehension skills - read a part and ask questions (either way - reader) Show me boards - vocabulary - Do - Visualise - Write a question about the text - Prediction - Use words and making sentences - Reading fluency time them - Write a summary (in one sentence main idea) - Apply prior knowledge - Questions and ask questions - Making connections to different texts and real world connections - Give them choice Year 3 - EALD Develop my skills when work with New Arrival Students to develop their English language skills. Modelling - of responses in English - Written - Oral Comem up with a reward system and motivate them - Speak to classroom teacher

developing stragities to support students with learning/behavioural needs in the classroom - courses - speak to julie regarding online learning for students with behavioural needs ( link certications ) - then complete some of those courses ( name the courses/ labels courses and link) ( making resourses) - after complete course show what i have learnt put it into practise - reflecting on what i have done if its working asking Amy for feedback on the stragies that i am using -

To develop my strategic leadership skills to make a positive impact at Sacred Heart in the Assistant Principal role. I will achieve this goal by: Working with staff, students and their families to prioritise the pastoral care and wellbeing of students Supporting staff to prioritise the wellbeing of staff. Supporting staff in tracking and responding to student data so that there is growth for all students. Working closely to support curriculum coordinators. Onboarding and supporting new and beginning teachers in their teaching role and through the accreditation process. Prioritising my work schedule in relation to school organisation, WHS, HR and Compliance.
